Collagen scaffolds: a FRESH take on bioprinting organs
Researchers from Carnegie Mellon University (PA, USA) have developed a novel technique which allows anyone to 3D bioprint tissue scaffolds using collagen. This has allowed them to produce accurate mimics of the extracellular matrix bringing tissue engineering of organs a step closer.
